These Terms govern your use of printinkora.com and any purchase of digital products from TOO "ShopNow", BIN 240740035849, registered at 58 Samal-2 microdistrict, Medeu district, Almaty, 050059, Republic of Kazakhstan. Contact: info@printinkora.com.

We sell digital art prints supplied as downloadable files (PDF, JPG). No physical goods are shipped. File specifications and intended print sizes are described on each product page.

Prices are shown on the website and include applicable taxes where required. The contract is concluded once payment has been confirmed and we send you an order confirmation. After confirmation, your files become available in your personal account.

Each purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal, non-commercial use: print the file for personal display in your home or as a gift. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense or use the files for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

Because our products are digital files delivered immediately after purchase, by completing the order you expressly agree that the right of withdrawal does not apply once the download has been made available to you.

If a file is defective or does not match its description, contact us at info@printinkora.com within 14 days of purchase. We will provide a corrected file or a refund where appropriate.

All artworks, texts, photographs and other content on the website are protected by copyright and remain the property of the Company or its licensors.

We provide the website and files "as is" and to the extent permitted by law exclude liability for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Almaty, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules.
